WillisCC is a thriving private group practice seeking energetic therapists, social workers, and psychologists to join our expanding team in Illinois. We welcome applications from LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologists, as well as those with LSW/LPC who are eligible for full licensure within the next 3-4 months.

This position offers some shifts via video telehealth and some hours in person at our studios.

We are eager to find clinicians who:

• Are looking for a supportive environment to grow and develop, with a focus on evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Are interested in starting or expanding in private practice with coaching on business aspects.
• Work well in a team, want to specialize, and seek more clinical exposure.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing behavioral health services to a diverse client population and their families/significant others.
• Delivering individual and family therapy, conducting diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, group therapy, and evidence-based skills training for primary care clients.

Staff will participate in weekly group consultations, trainings, and staff development. There is also an opportunity to join our interdisciplinary team in creating new clinical programs for our communities.
