Overview

We are seeking a Pediatric Licensed Social Worker to join our team at Eyas Landing's Merlin Day Academy. This full-time position involves working with neurodiverse children aged 6 to 14, providing education and therapeutic interventions in a supportive environment. Candidates will develop clinical skills using evidence-based practices in a multidisciplinary, collaborative setting through individual and group sessions, and family support.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a caseload of individual therapy sessions, therapy groups, and daily case management tasks.
  2. Complete treatment notes, data input and analysis, evaluations, and plan of care documents within required timeframes.
  3. Implement curriculum and theories supporting Merlin Day's therapeutic model.
  4. Collaborate with clients' teams and families through communication and meetings.
  5. Establish relationships with families, providing parent education, home programs, and support.
  6. Coordinate with scheduling to manage caseloads.
  7. Create visual schedules, social stories, and home programs to support therapy goals.
