Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking clinicians to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care in a collaborative, clinician-centered team. The Baltimore area will host our office, with structured support and admin resources to help you focus on patients.

Qualified candidates hold an active MD license in MD (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) and have experience in direct clinical care. Join us for growth opportunities, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience providing direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

What You Bring

• Active, independent license in MD (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience in direct clinical care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
