Job summary

You will collaborate with product owners, Customer Engagement, and technical teams to ensure materials are accurate, well-structured, and delivered to a high standard, supporting ongoing learning and adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field is required.
• 3 to 10+ years of related training experience in health sciences, IT, or allied fields.
• Experience delivering training in various settings, including groups and online.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory guidance is preferred.
• Familiarity with agile development environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs aligned with each software release.
• Develop technical user guides, presentations, and eLearning content.
• Create curriculum design, manuals, exercises, and assessments.
• Monitor training effectiveness and ROI, reporting outcomes.
• Stay current with training trends and best practices.
• Deliver customized training for customers effectively.
• Collaborate with Customer Engagement and technical teams.
• Build and maintain internal knowledge bases and articles.
• Translate release docs into user-friendly materials.
