ForTec Medical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Technology Specialist to support the use of innovative surgical technologies. This role includes comprehensive training and hands-on setup, operation, and guidance for surgeons and staff during procedures.

The position requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and occasional overnight travel, along with a strong focus on safety, documentation, and customer service. A valid US driver’s license and credentialing eligibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight travel.
• Professional demeanor and strong team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to meet credentialing requirements, including immunizations.
• Basic computer/smartphone proficiency.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with no major violations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate surgical technologies and provide guidance to surgeons and staff.
• Perform preoperative checklists, sterilization, equipment calibrations, and documentation.
• Load and transport surgical technologies to facilities; travel occasionally overnight.
• Practice safe vehicle operations and laser safety techniques.
• Meet customer needs and maintain strong professional relationships with ForTec team members and healthcare partners.
