ForTecMedical is seeking a Clinical Technology Specialist to ensure successful use of advanced surgical technologies. You will receive comprehensive training and work closely with surgeons, staff, and healthcare partners to support procedures and patient care.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and some overnight travel, with a strong focus on safety, documentation, and customer service. Join a mission-driven team focused on excellence in healthcare technologies.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and some weekends.
• Professional demeanor and strong team-oriented mindset.
• Must meet credentialing requirements of medical facilities (immunizations).
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to move medical equipment over 50 pounds and endure long periods of standing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate surgical technologies, guiding equipment use for surgeons and staff before and during surgery.
• Perform preoperative checklists, sterilization, equipment calibrations, and document results.
• Load, transport, and travel to healthcare facilities; driving is a daily duty with occasional overnight travel.
• Practice safe vehicle operation, safe work practices, and laser safety techniques.
• Meet customer needs, deliver excellent service, and build professional relationships with ForTec team members and partners.
