Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System Broadmoor Campus is seeking a Clinical Technology Liaison to promote safe and efficient technology use. You will provide direct user support for multiple healthcare constituents and coordinate with technology teams to resolve issues and improve adoption.

Role emphasizes onboarding and ongoing training for staff, tailoring support to practice needs, and driving adoption of clinical technology, including Epic platforms.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required with clinical setting experience.
• 3+ years experience in clinical or technology-support related role.
• Epic Credentialing within 6 months of orientation completion.
• Strong communication and training skills with end users.
• Ability to tailor support to user needs and promote technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Responds as first point of contact for user requests to support care delivery.
• Connects to appropriate teams to resolve issues and communicates updates.
• Establishes super users and local knowledge base for user support.
• Provides onboarding training for new hires and regular refreshers.
• Delivers ongoing training after technology upgrades.
• Performs proactive rounding to assess user proficiency and adoption.
• Aligns support to maximize value of the technology for practice areas.
