Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year as MA, PCA, Surgical Technician or Scrub Tech in patient care.
• BLS certification within 60 days of hire (American Heart Association preferred).
• Prefer MA or Surgical Tech program completion.
• Strong communication and EMR proficiency.
• Dependable, punctual, and medically knowledgeable.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care Support: assist rooming, verification and vitals; update status in eCW.
• Procedure Support: prepare rooms, assist in sterile/non-sterile procedures and surgeries.
• Documentation & Inventory: record patient data, manage consent forms and stock rooms.
• Compliance & Confidentiality: uphold HIPAA and UVVC standards, protect patient information.
