Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers seeks a Medical Assistant / Clinical Technologist to support patient flow and assist in procedures. After 4–6 weeks of training, you’ll perform all duties independently in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities include patient rooming, vitals, procedure support, documentation, inventory, and strict HIPAA compliance. Competitive benefits and a collaborative team await you.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in patient care settings.
• BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Experience with sterile field and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient rooming, verification, and vitals documentation; update status in EMR.
• Prepare exam rooms, support sterile and non-sterile procedures, assist in surgeries.
• Document patient information, manage inventory, and keep rooms stocked.
• Uphold HIPAA standards and UVVC's confidentiality and conduct policies.
