Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in patient care settings (MA, PCT, Surgical Tech).
• BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Preferred completion of an MA or Surgical Technologist program.
• Strong communication skills and EMR experience.
• Dependable, punctual, and knowledgeable in medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care Support: assist with patient rooming, verification, and vitals; update status in EMR.
• Procedure Support: prep exam rooms, assist in procedures, maintain safety/sterility per CDC/OSHA.
• Documentation & Inventory: record patient data, manage consents, stock exam rooms.
