Job summary
A leading pharmacy benefits management company is seeking a Clinical Technician to support clinical programs and operational processes. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy across documentation and assist with various technical support tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining document libraries, supporting Clinical Prior Authorization protocols, and utilizing Salesforce for tracking. Applicants should have at least 2 years of PBM experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a hybrid role with expectations for both in-office and remote work.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of PBM experience or at least 4 years in hospital, specialty, or retail pharmacy environments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Responsibilities
Support technical aspects of Clinical Prior Authorization Protocols.
Assist in cataloguing and maintaining document libraries.
Provide technical assistance for P&T Committee processes.
Maintain the library for clinical programs.
Support production of new clinical protocols.
Initiate Transition of Care impact reporting.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking requests.
Use third-party platforms and reporting tools.
Follow defined practices and procedures.
Handle requests from Clinical Services team.
