Job summary

EmpiRx Health, LLC. is seeking a Hybrid Clinical Technician in Montvale, NJ. The role provides administrative and operational support to Clinical Services, coordinating with provider offices, pharmacies, and internal teams under pharmacist supervision.

Two+ years in a specialty pharmacy or health plan, or four+ years in hospital/retail, plus strong Excel and MS Office skills are required. This fast-paced startup environment offers multi-tasking and dynamic projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Excel.
• Extensive knowledge of the PBM industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administratively support Clinical Account Executives regarding each client’s daily claim reviews.
• Communicate administratively with provider offices and in-network pharmacies to support clinical programs and initiatives under a pharmacist’s supervision.
• Assist with compiling quarterly client review reports and presentation materials.
• Support Clinical Services with ad-hoc projects and perform other related duties as needed.
• Effectively communicate and interact with all other EmpiRx Health departments, fostering teamwork and unity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
