Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Clinical Assistant Pharmacy Technician in a hybrid role. You will support the Medication Therapy Management (MTM) team, handle enrollment and EMR maintenance, schedule appointments, and assist with care plans while serving plan members and partners.

The position offers a 40-hour week, no weekends, a 90-day ramp period with a rotation between work-from-home and onsite work, and a competitive benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License or Registered/Licensed Pharmacy Technician Trainee.
• At least 6 months of pharmacy technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Support MTM team with enrollment, creation and maintenance of electronic medical/pharmacy records, appointment scheduling and care plan processing/mailing.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from plan members and document activity in electronic medical records.
