Job summary

Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in Fairfax, VA is seeking a part-time Clinical Technician (2) to join the Perianesthesia team. The role involves direct patient care under RN supervision and daily collaboration with the care team, with shifts on weekdays and no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year as Clinical Technician or completion of acute care clinical rotation and enrollment in nursing program.
• Certification: BLS from American Heart Association or within 90 days of hire.
• Special Skills: Proficient verbal and written English communication.
• Physical: Ability to lift at least 35 lbs.

Inova Fair OaksHospital – Perianesthesia is looking for a dedicated Clinical Technician 2 to join the team.

This schedule for this role will be Part Time – Two ten hours shifts/week | Days | 8am, 9am or 9.30 starts| Monday – Friday | No weekend/No holiday |

• Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurses.

Training

• Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM -4:30PM)
• Classroom-style sessions: 8AM - 4:30PM (6 shifts total)
• Virtual training modules.
• On-unit shifts

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year working as a Clinical Technician; or completing acute care clinical rotation, and actively enrolled in a nursing program
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Special Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds
