Inova Fair Oaks Hospital - ED is seeking a Clinical Technician 1 for full-time night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays. You will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, and you will communicate clearly with the care team and patients.

The role requires a high school diploma, BLS within 90 days, and strong English communication. Training is paid and includes both virtual and on-unit components.

This role will be Full Time, Nights (6:45PM - 7:15AM). Days Vary with rotating weekends & holidays.

• Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurse.

Training

Must be available for six (6) non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of:

• Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM -4:30PM)
• Classroom-style sessions: 8AM - 4:30PM (6 shifts total)
• Virtual training modules.
• On-unit shifts
• May perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Special Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds
