Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Clinical Tech to provide clinical and administrative support under the supervision of a Provider or NP/PA. You will deliver compassionate patient care, triage and assist with exams, lab work, and telehealth, while maintaining accurate charts and compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CPR certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Experience with patient intake, vital signs, and basic clinical tasks.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and health information management basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support under supervision.
• Maintain friendly, professional relations with staff and patients.
• Triage patients, check vitals, draw blood, and assist with procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure clean, stocked environments.
• Assist with telehealth and virtual provider interactions.
• Process patient charts, referrals, and pre-authorizations as directed.
• Complete compliance training and uphold company policies.
