Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Clinical Tech to join our team and deliver essential clinical and administrative support under supervision. You will help maintain a welcoming patient environment, assist providers, and ensure accuracy in charting and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities include preparing treatment areas, triaging patients, assisting with lab work and minor procedures, and coordinating referrals.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; CPR required within 7 days of hire.
• Licenses/Certifications: active CPR; TB and IV certification as applicable.
• Experience: 1 year of clinical/medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support to care team.
• Prepare exam/treatment rooms and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Triage patients, collect vitals, perform basic procedures as directed.
• Assist with lab testing, phlebotomy, and minor procedures.
• Maintain patient charts, ensure HIPAA compliance, and manage referrals.
