Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; CPR certification may be required.
• Experience: 1+ year in clinical setting (MA/EMT/Paramedic preferred).
• Communication: strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support for the team in a fast-paced clinic setting.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake and triage patients.
• Assist with phlebotomy, lab testing, and minor procedures under supervision.
• Ensure patient charts are accurately completed and filed daily.
• Assist Telehealth patients via virtual platforms as needed.
