Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Clinical Tech to provide clinical and administrative support under the direct supervision of a Provider, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, delivering compassionate patient care in a welcoming clinic environment.

Responsibilities include patient triage, room preparation, basic lab tasks, charting, and telehealth assistance, while adhering to HIPAA and the company’s core values of teamwork and quality care.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year in MA/EMT/Paramedic preferred in clinic setting.
• Licenses: CPR and active clinical credential preferred or required per level.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient intake, vitals, and triage under supervision.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms; maintain supplies and equipment.
• Provide clinical and administrative support while adhering to policies.
• Assist with telehealth visits and charting; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Support referrals, appointments, and patient communications as needed.
• Participate in compliance training and maintain a professional clinic environment.
