Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Clinical Tech to provide essential clinical and administrative support under the supervision of a Provider, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant. You will ensure compassionate patient service, prepare exam rooms, triage patients, assist with labs and minor procedures, and maintain accurate charts daily.

Responsibilities include coordinating referrals, verifying information, and upholding HIPAA standards while supporting telehealth and onsite clinics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification required/active.
• Minimum 1 year experience as MA, EMT, or Paramedic preferred in clinic/urgent care.
• Knowledge of health information handling and compliance with regulations (HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support under supervision.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
• Triage patients, take vitals, perform blood draws and injections.
• Assist with lab testing and phlebotomy.
• Assist providers with minor procedures and physicals.
• Maintain supplies and equipment for treatment.
• Ensure accurate patient charting and referrals as directed.
• Adhere to company core values and DOT/Drug Screen requirements.
