Primary Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake preparations, triage, vital checks, blood draws, injections, and observe/report patient condition changes.
• Assist with lab testing, minor procedures, and virtual patient support.
• Maintain patient charts, ensure compliance with regulations like HIPAA, and prepare exam/treatment rooms.
• Perform federal and non-federal DOT, BAT, and drug screen exams.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Assist with clerical duties such as patient check-in, insurance verification, and communication.

Supporting Telehealth

• Prepare patient charts and assist with follow-ups via phone or video conferencing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; current CPR license required.
• 1+ year experience as a Medical Assistant, EMT, or Paramedic preferred.
• Certification as MA, EMT, or Paramedic; active license in good standing.
