Concierge Home Care in Marianna, FL is seeking a Clinical Team Support (Scheduling Coordinator) to ensure clinicians are scheduled efficiently and patients receive timely care. This in-office role requires strong organization and communication to support a growing home health team.

You will schedule visits, coordinate clinician calendars, triage calls, and maintain accurate EMR records using WellSky (Kinnser).

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior home health scheduling experience required.
• Experience in home health administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling patient visits in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Coordinating clinician schedules to optimize productivity and coverage.
• Managing daily scheduling changes, call-outs, and urgent visit needs.
• Answering and triaging incoming calls to support clinical operations.
• Tracking medical supplies and supporting RAP/EOE processes.
• Maintaining accurate scheduling and documentation within the EMR.
• Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed.

Your Role as Clinical Team Support

In this role, you will support daily clinical operations by coordinating schedules and ensuring seamless communication between patients and clinicians.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling patient visits in accordance with physician orders and care plans

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office role)

Compensation: $18-$21 per hour
