Elara Caring seeks a Manager Clinical Team to lead a skilled nursing team, shape patient care delivery, and advance clinical outcomes. You will manage operations, drive QAPI initiatives, and coach caregivers to deliver right care at the right time.

You will report to the Director Nursing or Clinical Administrator, aligning with the mission and expanding impact across a nationwide footprint.

Qualifications

• RN license with at least 3 years of active experience.
• Prefer 1 year in home care.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home care benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks.

Responsabilités

What is Required?

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 years of active experience as a RN, preferably with 1 year in the home care industry
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home care benefits, policies, and procedures
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks
