The IHT Clinical Team Leader is a Master’s-level clinician who balances direct clinical care with high-level administrative support, clinical oversight assistance, and operational workflow management. The position consists of a 30-hour direct client caseload combined with 10 hours of dedicated administrative support to assist the Program Director; this split could change based on the needs of the program. This role bridges clinical expertise and administrative execution, helping manage referrals, audit documentation, mentor staff, maintain quality management standards, and assist with program leadership.

Travel Required
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation that meets CFS Driver Policy. Travel is required to provide services in different settings and to attend agency meetings, events, and training courses.
Required Education and Experience
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field from an accredited educational institution. Independent or eligible licensure (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LCSW) preferred. Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience within home- and community-based systems of care serving children, youth, and families. Demonstrated understanding of MassHealth documentation standards, wraparound care, insurance authorization processes, and CANS requirements.
