An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for Adult Community Clinical Services. Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, rotating on-call after hours
Salary: $90,280 / year
The Team Leader for Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) will be responsible for providing overall administrative leadership and direction to ACCS team staff including Group Living Environments (GLE) and Supported Independent Environments (SIE) Program Directors and staff. The Team Leader oversees service delivery including intake, assessment, clinical treatment planning, and delivery, as well as peer and family support. Additionally, the Team Leader ensures seamless, high-quality team services to Persons Served living in both GLE and SIE settings while also promoting and managing successful transitions of Persons Served to other DMH services or other community programs. The Team Leader also functions as the primary liaison to the MA Department of Mental Health (DMH), Care Coordination entities and other external parties.
