Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, rotating on-call after hours
Salary: $90,280 per year

Role Overview

The Team Leader for Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) will provide administrative leadership and direction to ACCS team staff, including Program Directors and staff in Group Living Environments (GLE) and Supported Independent Environments (SIE). Responsibilities include overseeing service delivery such as intake, assessment, clinical treatment planning, and support, ensuring high-quality services to Persons Served in GLE and SIE settings, and facilitating transitions to other DMH services or community programs. The role also involves acting as the primary liaison to the MA Department of Mental Health (DMH), Care Coordination entities, and external parties.
