Job summary

Legacy Treatment Services is seeking a Clinical Team Leader to provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth in a treatment program. You will oversee the clinical treatment plan and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care and adherence to contract requirements.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-community responsibilities and a focus on developmentally appropriate, strength-based treatment aligned with the agency's policies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling.
• License or clinical license eligible required (LSW/LAC or LCSW/LPC).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of a youth’s clinical treatment program with other therapists.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in the treatment program.
• Plan, organize, and implement clinical social work/counseling services including psychotherapy under supervision.
• Coordinate with the treatment team to meet contractual and program requirements.

Job Location: TFC South - Burlington County, NJ, Position Type: Part Time, Education Level: Graduate Degree, Salary Range: $25.00 - $65.00Hourly

The Clinical Team Leader will provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth in a treatment program within Essex County and the surround areas. Maintain a positive, strength-based, developmentally appropriate multidisciplinary therapeutic team that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of Legacy Treatment Services. Responsibility for meeting all administrative, legal, and program specific requirements as mandated by all operating contracts including but not limited to OOL, DCP&P, and COA. The Clinical Team Leader I will oversee and coordinate all aspects of a youth’s clinical treatment program along with other individual, family, and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan in concert with other treatment team members. Plans, organizes, and implements clinical social work/counseling services including psychotherapy to Consumers and families under the clinical supervision of a qualified Supervisor. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining remote work with required in-community responsibilities.
