Child & Family Services Inc. seeks an IHT Clinical Team Leader, a Master’s-level clinician balancing direct care with administrative oversight and operational workflow management in Hyannis, MA.

The role includes a 30-hour caseload of home- and community-based services and 10 hours of administrative support to assist the Program Director, with potential shifts based on program needs and client referrals.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience in home- and community-based care.
• Independent or eligible licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LCSW) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an active client caseload (30 hours/week) delivering home- and community-based clinical services per program standards.
• Complete timely clinical documentation including Assessments, CANS, Individualized Treatment Plans, and progress notes.
• Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and support to staff; assist with program leadership and quality management.
