Job summary

TSG Behavioral Health & Community Services is seeking a licensed or associate-licensed clinician to serve as the Clinical Team Lead for our Community Support Team program. This leadership role is based out of the Elizabethtown office and supports Fayetteville and surrounding areas, with a hybrid field-based structure.

Travel within the service area is expected, and strong documentation is essential. The ideal candidate will lead a team, ensure compliant, client-centered services, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina clinical license or associate clinical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance and support to CST team members.
• Ensure services are timely, ethical, compliant, and client-centered.
• Complete or assist with comprehensive clinical assessments, updates, addendums, treatment planning, and clinical recommendations.
• Review service notes, treatment plans, discharge documents, and other clinical records for quality and compliance.
• Lead or participate in regular team meetings, case reviews, and service planning.
• Monitor documentation quality, staff follow-through, client engagement, and service delivery expectations.
• Coordinate with care managers, hospitals, referral sources, community partners, and other providers as needed.
• Support crisis prevention, discharge planning, continuity of care, and client stability.
• Identify service gaps, staffing needs, workflow issues, and compliance concerns.
• Represent the agency professionally in the community.
