Job summary

Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a Team Lead for the Community Support Team to provide clinical leadership and supervision to adults with mental health needs across North Carolina. This role emphasizes evidence-based practice, assessment, and ongoing care planning.

The position requires full or provisional licensure in NC (LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), or LMFT(A)) with experience in supervision and community-based services.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina licensure or provisional licensure in LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), or LMFT(A).
• Experience in clinical supervision and community-based services.
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing evaluation and treatment planning for persons served.
• Provide clinical supervision and manage team schedules.
• Ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices and motivational interviewing.
• Participate in crisis response and on-call duties.
