Job summary

View Point Health seeks a Behavioral Health Clinical Team Lead, Licensed for the GRAN Recovery Center in Covington, GA. This on-site role leads clinicians and peer recovery coaches, maintains a reduced caseload, drives clinical excellence, and partners with the Program Manager for staff development and evidence-based practices.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, current Georgia licensure, and experience in residential SUD treatment or co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field and Georgia licensure (Associate or Full) required.
• Experience with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders.
• Preferred: clinical supervision experience.
• Experience with CareLogic or other electronic health record systems.
• Experience in Community Behavioral Health or a Community Service Board setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and supervision to clinicians, counselors, and peer recovery coaches.
• Recruit, orient, train, coach, and develop staff in collaboration with the Program Manager.
• Lead treatment team meetings and ensure engagement, documentation, and continuity of care.
• Maintain a caseload while delivering individual and group counseling, care coordination, and crisis intervention.
• Ensure clinical documentation meets standards and supports medical necessity and revenue opportunities.
