Job summary

View Point Health in Covington, GA is seeking a licensed behavioral health clinician (Social Worker) to join the GRAN Recovery Program on a PRN basis. The role involves working with individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions, providing assessments, counseling, and group facilitation.

The candidate must hold a master’s degree in a behavioral health field and an active Georgia clinical license (LMSW/LAPC/APC/LCSW/LPC).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health-related field.
• Current Georgia associate or full clinical licensure (LMSW, LAPC/APC, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent qualifying license).
• Experience providing services to individuals with substance use disorders and/or co-occurring mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments, counseling, and safety planning.
• Facilitate group and individual therapy addressing relapse prevention and recovery.
• Coordinate care, discharge planning, and linkage to community resources.
