Qualifications

• Requires MSW and licensure with at least 3 years of therapeutic experience, plus supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision to team clinicians and supervise staff performance.
• Develop and review treatment plans and ensure documentation meets agency and payer requirements.
• Coordinate with HR for hiring, scheduling, and staff development.
• Participate in after-hours call coverage as part of on-call rotation.
• Ensure QA standards and care documentation comply with policies and regulations.
