Job summary

LifeWorks NW in Oregon is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical and administrative supervision of programs under the program director, delivering direct clinical services to clients.

The role requires a QMHP credential or licensed/registered intern status, at least two years of post-graduate mental health experience, strong leadership and supervision skills, plus proficiency in documentation, DSM diagnoses, and staff training. Travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

• QMHP credential through MHACBO or licensed/registered intern status required.
• At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience in mental health.
• Ability to lead, supervise and evaluate clinical staff.
• Experience with documentation and DSM diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinicians in the program with regular meetings.
• Support hiring, orientation and staff development.
• Provide crisis consultation and intervention as needed.
• Deliver direct services including group and individual sessions.
• Maintain client records and complete program reports.
• Travel between sites as required.
