Job summary

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in a clinical setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Master’s degree in Special Education, psychology, social work or related field required.
• Driving is a requirement for this position; must have valid license.
• Ability to train and coach staff; provide clinical services.
• Ability to conduct clinical screenings and assessments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager/Program Director in implementing clinical services.
• Provide supplemental clinical training to staff and program managers.
• Maintain clinical minutes and ensure clear communication with leadership.
• Conduct trainings for new employees.
• Provide direct clinical services, risk assessment, and consultation.
• Participate in intake assessments of new referrals.
• Observe and provide feedback on staff performance.
