Job summary

Vinfen is seeking a program support specialist to assist the Site Manager/Program Director in achieving clinical goals and guiding behavior management and staff development. You will train personnel, review clinical strategies, and act as an internal consultant on complex clinical issues.

The role involves direct client services, risk assessment, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• ACD I: high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Master’s degree in Special Education, psychology, social work or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification preferred.
• One to three years of experience in a clinical setting.
• In some cases, experience may be substituted for academic training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager/Program Director in implementing services and training staff.
• Provide clinical minutes to the Program Director and communicate updates.
• Train staff on behavior/academic books and program setup.
• Model and provide feedback on staff performance.
• Advise on program needs and individual needs.
• Provide individual counseling, group therapy, and other clinical services.
• Offer risk assessment and consultation on complex cases.
• Conduct training programs for new employees.
• Attend appointments with staff and external specialists to present findings.
• Conduct clinical screenings and assessments.
• Set up baseline materials and train staff on use.
• Assist in Intake Assessments of new Vinfen referrals.
• Perform other related duties as required.
