Job summary

Vinfen is seeking an experienced clinician to assist the Site Manager/Program Director in achieving program goals through applied behavior analysis. You will develop positive behavioral support plans and coach staff in implementing strategies for behaviors of concern.

The role involves training, evaluating staff performance, and providing direct clinical services while advising on program needs and risks.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in behavioral health or similar settings.
• Ability to develop and review behavior management plans.
• Strong communication with staff and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager/Program Director in implementing clinical services.
