Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for BCBA-credentialed roles across the organization. You will partner with clinical leaders to source, attract, and hire top talent, delivering an exceptional candidate experience and meeting organizational hiring goals.

The role is hybrid and based in New Jersey, with periodic travel to Early Intervention Centers for collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma accepted in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years recruiting healthcare professionals, including BCBA-level roles.
• Experience using ATS, internet search tools, and social networks.
• Proven ability to fill difficult-to-fill roles with pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and recruit strategy.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for BCBA-level and other roles.
• Source active and passive candidates via networks, referrals, social media, organizations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Collaborate on job postings, hiring criteria, candidate profiles.
• Track recruiting activity and KPIs; report to leadership.
• Escalate challenges and propose solutions to keep searches on track.
• Participate in special projects and other duties.
