Job summary

PACS is seeking detail-oriented Financial PCC Configuration and Support professionals to ensure smooth financial processes. The role focuses on PCC configuration, audits, and internal stakeholder support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in LTC AR or LTC office management, with PCC experience and strong analytical and communication skills. A finance-related degree is preferred;Excel skills are beneficial.

Qualifications

  • PCC financial software experience required.
  • 3+ years LTC Business Office Manager or LTC AR experience required.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for team collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to manage time and complete tasks timely.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • PointClickCare financial configuration tasks including contracts, rates, testing, and error resolution.
  • Conduct audits and ensure PCC data accuracy.
  • Support finance with configuration and maintenance of PCC financial records.
  • Respond to inquiries related to financial processes and provide excellent service.
  • Collaborate with team and provide PCC education as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information per policy.
  • Support additional platforms used by AR such as Waystar and RFMS.
  • Take on additional financial tasks as needed.

Job description

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Financial PointClickCare Configuration and Support professionals to join our team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive support to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes. The ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of Long Term Care billing, LTC/Insurance Contract comprehension, 3+ years of PCC Financial software experience and demonstrate excellent analytical skills, enabling them to assist in various financial tasks while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

  • PointClickCare Financial Configuration tasks, not limited to setting up new Contracts, updating Rates, Claim testing, PCC error investigation and resolution.
  • Audits
  • Support the finance team with configuration and maintenance of PointClickCare financial records.
  • Respond to inquiries related to financial processes and provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide PCC education as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information while adhering to company policies.
  • Support additional software platforms utilized by the Accounts Receivable team such as Waystar and RFMS.
  • Assignment of additional Financial tasks as needed.
Qualifications
