Job summary

Pinnacle Senior Living is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join as a Clinical Director in Training (CDIT). This role partners with experienced Clinical Directors to learn clinical leadership across multiple assisted living communities, focusing on resident care management, regulatory readiness, and quality assurance.

The CDIT role provides mentorship, hands-on leadership exposure, and pathways to a future Clinical Director position for candidates with leadership potential and a commitment

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• Willingness to travel between Pleasant Point Senior Living, North Point Assisted Living, and Kenosha Senior Living as part of the training program.
• Commitment to developing into a Clinical Director leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care with Clinical Directors and site leaders.
• Support regulatory compliance and survey readiness across communities.
• Assist with clinical documentation and quality assurance.
• Coach and mentor staff, supporting retention and development.
• Engage in leadership activities, team building, and service planning.
• Communicate with families to ensure exceptional service and responsiveness.

About the Role

The Clinical Director in Training (CDIT) will partner closely with experienced Clinical Directors and operational leaders to learn all aspects of clinical leadership within assisted living. Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills
• Ability to travel between Pleasant Point Senior Living, North Point Assisted Living, and Kenosha Senior Living as part of the training program
• Commitment to developing into a Clinical Director leadership role

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in assisted living, senior living, long‑term care, home health, hospice, or healthcare settings
• Prior leadership, charge nurse, supervisory, or management experience
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Passion for mentoring others and building high‑performing teams
