Job summary

Summit Pacific Medical Center in Elma, WA, seeks an IT/Clinical Systems professional to own the administration and support of clinical systems and the technology that supports care delivery.

You will partner with clinicians, the Systems Administrator, help desk, network and security teams, and vendors to maintain reliable workflows and defined operational backup. This role requires hands-on clinical IT experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years supporting clinical applications or healthcare technology.
• Clinical licensure preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare information systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support clinical applications, devices, and infrastructure.
• Provide Tier 1 and 2 help desk support for clinical users.
• Coordinate badge access and security for clinical staff.
• Support AvaSure remote monitoring and vaccine cold-chain systems.
• Maintain system inventories and downtime documentation.
• Coordinate change control, testing, and vendor coordination.
