Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. is seeking a full-time IT professional to support the design, build, implementation and ongoing support of clinical-based applications.

You will liaise between IT and hospital units to tailor the Clinical System to meet the Hospital’s needs, while participating in incident management and documentation. Ideal candidates have 2 years of clinical or IT experience in healthcare, familiarity with EHR/PACS, and the ability to implement or support clinical information

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of clinical or IT experience in a health care field.
• Experience with clinical systems like Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy, Surgery, EHR and PACS.
• Experience implementing or supporting a clinical-based information system.

Position Summary

Performs activities related to the design, build, implementation, and support for the clinical based applications. Provides general analysis of one or more applications and procedures within the healthcare setting. Performs work that tends to be of low to moderate technical and clinical complexity. Acts as a liaison between the Information Technology department and organizational units to tailor the Clinical System to meet the unique needs of the Hospital
