Job summary

Alignerr Corp. seeks a Clinical Systems Analyst to support, optimize, and maintain healthcare IT systems powering clinical operations.

This remote hourly contract role offers flexible 10–40 hour weeks and the chance to work at the intersection of clinical workflows and technical systems. You will troubleshoot, test, and upgrade EHRs and related applications, translate clinical needs into configurations, and provide training and documentation to ensure reliable, user-friendly healthcare

We are seeking Clinical Systems Analysts to support, optimize, and maintain critical healthcare IT systems that power clinical operations. In this role, you will work at the intersection of clinical workflows and technical systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and usability across hospital environments.

Organization: Alignerr Position: Clinical Systems Analyst Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $30–$70 /hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize clinical systems by diagnosing issues, performing upgrades, and maintaining system stability.
• Gather and translate clinical and operational requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with clinicians, IT, and other stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting or administering healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure.
