Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care as assigned under RN supervision.
• Report observations and concerns to the nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living for patients.
• Document in Electronic Medical Record per policy 100% of the time.
• Perform clerical tasks using computer, copier, fax, and phones.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Demonstrate competency in technical skills and daily practice.
