Petaluma Health Center is seeking a Clinical Support Team (CST) Supervisor to provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for a team of CST Providers, including physicians, NPs, and PAs. The role ensures high-quality, timely, patient-centered support by overseeing workflows and performance in a hybrid workforce.

The CST Supervisor will use data-driven workflows and strong communication to improve patient experience, support primary care teams, and drive continuous process

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies or related field is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant CST experience; supervisory preferred.
• Epic EHR superuser experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides day-to-day operational and clinical oversight for CST providers.
• Fosters a cohesive, connected culture across a primarily remote team through clear communication and effective virtual meetings.
• Partners with primary care, nursing, call center staff, and quality teams to promote integrated, patient-centered care; communicate CST roles and updates.
• Provides leadership, coaching, mentoring and staff performance assessment; counsels staff on clinical practice standards.
