Job summary

CBIZ Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator to provide clinical leadership and hands-on support within a supportive housing program. The role combines staff supervision, case management, and program oversight to ensure high-quality care and service delivery.

You will supervise clinical case management staff, maintain a small caseload, coordinate tenant referrals and services, assist with crisis management, document accurately, and prepare reports for government funders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience considered.
• Experience in supportive housing, behavioral health, social services, or case management.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and crisis-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support clinical case management staff.
• Maintain a small caseload and provide supportive counseling and referrals.
• Coordinate tenant referrals, intake, treatment needs, and community services.
• Assist with crisis management using a trauma-informed approach.
• Ensure accurate and timely case documentation.
• Prepare required reports for government funders.
• Support the Program Director with daily operations and provide leadership in their absence.
• Participate in staff hiring, training, and team meetings.
