Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a part-time Clinical Support Staff member for the IOP and Partial Care clinic. The role supports treatment teams, facilititates groups, and assists with client check-ins for ages 12–18.

Hours are Mon–Thu, 2pm–7pm, with an hourly pay of $21.00–$24.00. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field, experience with adolescents and in behavioral health, strong communication, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, behavioral science, or equivalent field required.
• Experience with adolescents aged 12–17 preferred.
• Experience in a behavioral or mental health setting preferred.
• Team player with a growth mindset and strong communication skills.
• Ability to pass a state background check.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate groups and support Partial Care and IOP program teams.
• Assist with client check-ins and help clients practice skills for emotion regulation.
• Prepare and supply group rooms and materials.
• Attend weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings as needed.
• Build professional, positive rapport with clients, families, and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of group rooms and office space.

Embark in Scottsdale, AZ is looking for part-time Clinical Support Staff who align with our mission of reducing adolescent and young adult anxiety, depression and suicide to join our IOP and Partial Care clinic in Scottsdale, AZ.Come join our team of empathetic professionals who are passionate about creating joy and healing generations together! Hourly Pay Rate:$21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Part-Time:Mon - Thurs | 2pm - 7pm

AsClinical Support Staffyou will be supported by an experienced leadership team, Clinical Director, Executive Director, and Administrative Team that are all focused on the mission to facilitate lasting positive change for young people and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Partial Care and IOP Program teams, by facilitating groups, assisting with client check-ins, and supporting clients in practicing skills that promote emotion regulation.
• Comfort with ages 12 - 18 yrs. of age
• Prepare and supply group rooms
• Attend weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings as needed
• Engage in professional and positive rapport with clients, families, co-workers, and staff
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of group rooms and office space including supplies, furniture and equipment.
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, behavioral science, or equivalent field
• Experience working with adolescents, teens ages 12 - 17 yrs. old
• Experience working in a behavioral or mental health setting

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
