Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health in Woodland Hills, CA seeks an on-site Assistant Supervisor to support adolescents and young adults in a residential setting. You'll guide daily routines, mentor participants, and help develop essential life and social skills, with a focus on safety and compassionate care.

Responsibilities include supervising participants, supporting medication documentation, training new staff, and collaborating with the clinical team to execute treatment plans.

Qualifications

• AA in Psychology/Sociology or related degree preferred, or 2 years experience working with youth.
• Willingness to work with young adults 18–25 in a residential setting.
• CA Driver's license with clean driving record; TB test required; CPR/First Aid certification and flu shot required.

Location:21051 Warner Center Ln, STE 105 Woodland Hills, CA 91367 (On-site)

Schedule: Wednesday - Friday 2pm - 10:30pm and Saturday 9am - 10:30pm

Pay: $22.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities

• Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of participants while supporting their daily routines, personal care, and social-emotional growth.

• Provide mentoring, promote independent living skills, and build strong therapeutic relationships.

• Support medication administration and documentation per protocol, including knowledge of controlled substances and drug testing procedures.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment, participating in housekeeping and facility readiness for visits/tours.

• Assist with training new hires, addressing staff concerns, and supporting treatment plans through collaboration with the clinical team.

• Manage documentation, behavioral interventions, crisis de-escalation, and transportation logistics as needed.

Qualifications

• A.A. in Psychology/Sociology/Related degree (preferred) OR 2 years experience working with youth
• Interested in working with young adults 18-25 in a residential capacity
• Ability and willingness to demonstrate empathy and concern with a high risk population

• CA Driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass TB test
• Willing to become CPR/First Aid Certified and get flu shot
