Job Description:In this role, the Clinical Support Specialist has the responsibility to work cooperatively with other administrative and clinical staff members to manage client communication and needs, whether on the phone or in person. This position has oversight of all processes involving client records from data entry to release of information to archiving.
Schedule Details: Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Location:Reading, PA
Program: Crisis Intervention Program
Pay Rate: $17+/hour
Job Functions:
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: One year experience in a medical or mental health care office setting or other professional business office setting including customer service and data entry
Licensure/Certifications:None Required
Clearances: Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal clearance, and verification that the employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
Note: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and Experience
