Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems in Reading, PA seeks a Clinical Support Specialist to coordinate client communications and manage records from data entry to release of information. This on-site role works with clinical and administrative staff during daytime hours.

You will handle intake calls, process referrals, verify insurance eligibility, and maintain electronic referral records. Strong attention to detail and compassionate patient service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a medical or mental health care office setting or other professional business office setting including customer service and data entry.
• Knowledge of medical billing and insurance is a plus.

Job Description

In this role, the Clinical Support Specialist has the responsibility to work cooperatively with other administrative and clinical staff members to manage client communication and needs, whether on the phone or in person. This position has oversight of all processes involving client records from data entry to release of information to archiving.

Schedule Details

Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Location

Reading, PA - This position is on-site and does not offer remote work options.
